| CHAT | |
| /broadcast or /b <message> | Sends a message over the broadcast channel |
| /local or /l <message> | Sends a message to those in the immediate vicinity |
| /outfit or /o <message> | Sends a message to just those in your outfit |
| /p <message> | Sends a message to just those in your platoon |
| /pl <message> | Sends a message from platoon leader to platoon leader |
| /squad or /s <message> | Sends a message to just those in your squad |
| /tell or /t <name> <message> | Sends private messages to another person |
| backspace key | Brings up the chat window, ready to send a tell to the last person who sent you a tell. Essentially it's a shortcut for replying to a tell |
| /filter | Turns profanity filter off and on |
| /ignore <name> | Sets a specific player to your ignore list. This player can not send you messages. Also used to stop ignoring somebody. |
| /ignore | When used by itself, it will show you who is on your ignore list. Was recently added, as it had not previously worked |

| /sitrep <message> | Sends a message to commanders one rank higher than the sender |
| /command or /c <message> | Sends a message to local commanders |
| /comall <message> | CR5 global chat. Sends a message globally to all in empire |
| /com[1st two letters of continent] <message> | CR5 continent chat. Sends a message to just those on a specific continent (i.e. /comfo test sends "test" to those on Forseral) |
| /comsanc <message> | CR5 Sanctuary chat. Sends a message Sanctuary |
| /emp | Sets off EMP blast if CUD is in hand |
| /showfriendly | Shows friendy players on map if CUD is in hand |
| /showenemy | Shows enemy players on map if CUD is in hand |

| /invite <name> | Invites player into your squad |
| /cancel <name> | Cancels/withdraws an invite sent to a player |
| /promote <name> | Promotes <name> to squad leader |
| /disband | Allows the squad leader to disband a squad |
| /leave | Drop yourself from your current squad |
| /accept | Accepts a squad invite |
| /decline | Declines a squad invitation |
| /kick <name> | Kicks <name> from your squad |
| PLATOONS | |
| /pinvite <squad leader's name> | Sends an invitation to the player to join your Platoon |
| /paccept | Accepts a platoon invite |
| /pdecline | Declines a platoon invite |
| /pleave | Drop your squad from your current platoon |
| /pkick <squad leader's name> | Kicks <squad leader's name> squad from your platoon |
| /pdisband | Allows the platoon leader to disband a platoon |
| OUTFITS | |
| /outfitcreate <outfit name> | Creates an outfit with the chosen name |
| /outfitform <outfit name> | Form an outfit from squad (must of 10 members) with the chosen name |
| /outfitkick <name> | Kicks <name> from your outfit |
| /outfitinvite <name> | Invites player into your outfit. (Only top 4 outfit ranks can do this) |
| /outfitaccept | Accepts an outfit invite |
| /outfitdecline | Declines an outfit invite |
| /outfitleave | Drop yourself from your current outfit |
| INFORMATION | |
| /who <name> | Lists all players whose name contains <name> and gives their empire and current continent |
| /who teams | Gives the percentage from each empire on the server you are on |
| /who <empire initials> | (Initials = TR, NC, VS) Gives you a list of 25 people from the specified empire, with their location. Somewhat helpful when trying to locate your friendly or enemy forces. |
| /loc | Gives your location in x,y,z and which continent you are on |
| /alarm | Brings up the alarm window |
| /time | Gives Auraxis time as well as the real time |
| /friends add <name> <name> | Add person(s) to your friends list (multiple names can be entered is seperated by spaces) |
| /friends remove <name> <name> | Remove person(s) from your friends list (multiple names can be entered is seperated by spaces) |

| /quit or /q | Quits the game |
| /recall | Respawns you back at your sanctuary |
| /macro <name> /Channel <message> | Assigns <name> to the cursor. Click on an empty slot on the Quick Bar to assign it to a hotkey. Works with slash commands, too. |

| /appeal or /bug | Opens a menu to report a bug or request assistance |
| /help or h | Brings up the help console |
| /advise <name> | Seems to report a person, possibly for abuse or exploit reasons |
| /report or /rep <name> (Still waiting on confirmation as to proper usage of this command) |
Sends the last few sections of text to a database that the CSR's can review if you are having trouble with another player. They will investigate issues between players based on these reports. |
| SYSTEM/PERFORMANCE | These bandwidth commands have been removed, as they would prefer you use the in-game options |
| /info switchboard cullwatermark 40 80 | Tweaks your bandwidth settings for 56k |
| /info switchboard cullwatermark 80 120 | Tweaks your bandwidth settings for ISDN, Cable and DSL |
| /info switchboard cullwatermark 120 200 | Tweaks your bandwidth settings for T1 and T3 |
| /stats | Puts up a small box in the lower left which dispays your FPS, Ping and Packet Loss. Was recently added, as it had not previously worked |

| /quiet | Quiet Betty. Assume it to turn off female voice in training. |

| THESE ARE NOT COMMANDS | These are commands that people have listed that have been tested to be invalid commands |
| /g or /global <message> | Was believed to be the same as /comall <message> |
| /a or /alliance <message> | Was believed to be a way to talk to an allied force |
| /r or /reply <message> | Was believed to be an easier way to reply to a tell |
| /loc <name> | Was believed to show location of another player in x,y,z and which continent they are on. Only provides the same as /loc |
| /ping | Was believed to provide ping status |
| /suicide | Used to be able to kill yourself in Beta |

| /afk | Supposed to set your online status for /who to afk however, does nothing |
| /say | Assume it to be similar to /l however nothing happens |
| /addimplant | Assume it should allow you to add a specific implant |
| /removeimplant | Assume it should allow you to remove a specific implant |
