If you have higher skills you can fit more of course. You should at most
get 69 powergride. So you can fit an afterburner for 8 and have 1 power
left over for anything else you desire. Targeting equipment is useless
as your max targeting range is within the max range of heavy missles.
Capacitor recharge is also worthless as you're only running a normal afterburner
and if you have Fuel Conservation, you're using even less capacitor. You
should be flying, with an afterburner, faster than any other frigate normally.
(600+ m/s with Acceleration Control level 3 and Navigation level 4.) So
you can outrun any npc frigate and fire heavy missles at them all day
long. Probably not useful for PVP unless you're going up against a frigate
that doesn't use any afterburners/MWDs. It's pretty fun to use against
NPCs in .5 and above and you can pick up the loot real quick with it too.
You also can put in two light drones or one heavy/medium drone in it just
in case.
