These are not stats list about the powers, merely a facts list of the power names so they can easily be used in the CoH Bind or Macros Commands. Click your class to display the class powers.

Pool Powers - Concealment Desription Enhancement Groups
Stealth
You blend into your environment and can only be seen at very close range. You can also attack, but if you do so, you will be discovered. Even if discovered, you are still hard to see and have a bonus to defense, but your movement speed is reduced.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Defense
Grant Invisibility
Grants a targeted teammate full Invisibility. The Invisibility lasts a limited time. While your ally is still Invisible, he can not be detected unless he attacks a target. If discovered, the target is still hard to see and has a bonus to defense.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Defense
Invisibility
You can bend light around yourself to become completely Invisible. While this toggle power is active, you are all but impossible to detect and have a high defense bonus. However, while Invisible, you can not attack, and can only use powers that affect yourself. Enhance Defense, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed
Phase Shift
You can Phase Shift to become out of sync with normal space. Although you do not became completely invisible, you are translucent and hard to see. You become intangible, and can not affect or be affected by those in normal space.

Pool Powers - Fighting    
Boxing
A decent punch that has a small chance to Disorient foes.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Disorient Duration, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Damage, Enhance Accuracy
Brawl When all else fails, a hero has only his two fists to depend on. Minor Smashing damage.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Damage, Enhance Accuracy
Kick
A modest Kicking attack that has a small chance to Knockdown opponents.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Knockback, Enhance Damage, Enhance Accuracy
Tough
While active, you are Tough and slightly resistant to Smashing and Lethal damage.
Enhance Damage Resistance, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed
Weave
While active, you constantly bob and Weave, and increase your defense to melee and ranged attacks.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Defense
Pool Powers - Fitness    
Swift
You can naturally travel slightly faster than normal. This becomes a permanent attribute and does not need to be activated.
Enhance Run Speed
Hurdle
Your can naturally jump higher than normal. This becomes a permanent attribute and does not need to be activated.
Enhance Jump
Health
You heal slightly faster than normal. This becomes a permanent attribute and does not need to be activated.
Enhance Heal
Stamina
You recover your endurance slightly faster than normal. This becomes a permanent attribute and does not need to be activated.
Enhance Endurance Recovery
Pool Powers - Flight    
Hover
For Hovering and aerial combat. It is much slower than normal Fly, but provides some defense, offers good air control, costs almost no endurance, and has none of the penalties associated with Fly. Switch to this mode when fighting other flying foes.

Air Superiority
This two handed overhead melee attack can sometimes knock a flying target to the ground. Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Damage, Enhance Accuracy
Fly
Fly allows you to travel large distances quickly, but it uses a lot of endurance and you will fall if you run out before landing. Your Fly speed increases as your level increases. Your accuracy is reduced while using this travel power. For aerial combat, Hover is a more effective Flight power. Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Flying Speed
Group Fly
You can endow your nearby teammates with Flight. Be mindful! Your friends will fall if you run out of endurance or if they travel too far away from you. Group Fly is slower than Fly, but costs less endurance. However, each teammate you carry costs additional endurance. Flying heroes suffer from reduced accuracy. Pool Powers - Leadership    
Maneuvers
good leader knows how to protect his team. While active, this power increases the defense of nearby teammates.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Defense
Assault
While this power is active, you empower your nearby teammates with a bonus to damage.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed
Tactics
While this power is active, you can grant an increase to your nearby teammates' accuracies.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance ToHit Buff
Vengeance
The loss of a good hero enrages the team. You may target a fallen teammate with this power and grant you and your teammates a bonus to defense, accuracy and damage, as well as a small amount of health.

Pool Powers - Leaping    
Jump Kick
A good Jump Kick attack that may Knockback foes. Good if you are looking for another attack power. Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Knockback, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Damage, Enhance Accuracy
Combat Jumping
While active, Combat Jumping increases your defense and adds resistance to Immobilization. Also offers good air control and moderately increases your jump height and distance.

Super Jump
While this power is active, you can leap great distances and heights, easily Super Jumping over buildings and from rooftop to rooftop.

Acrobatics
While this toggle power is on, you are very nimble and Acrobatic. You can avoid most Knockback effects and you are resistant to Hold effects.

Pool Powers - Medicine    
Aid Other
Heals a single targeted hero. This power is interruptible, so you shouldn't use this in combat.
Reduce Interrupt Time, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Heal
Stimulant
Frees an ally from any Immobilization, Sleep, Disorient and Hold effects and leaves him resistant to such effects for a brief time. This power is interruptible and shouldn't be used in the heat of combat.

Aid Self
Allows you to heal yourself. This power is interruptible.

Resuscitate
Revives a fallen Hero, but the hero is very weak, and must rest a while to regain his strength. This power is interruptible.

Pool Powers - Presence
   
Challenge
Challenge a foe to attack you. Use this to pull a villain off of an ally in trouble or away from a mob of foes. Not as effective as a typical Tanker or Scrapper Taunt power.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Taunt Effectiveness, Enhance Recharge Speed
Provoke
This power attracts the attention of a foe and all those around him. Use this to pull villains off of an ally in trouble.
Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Taunt Effectiveness
Intimidate
You can threaten a single foe and scare him away for a brief while.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Range, Enhance Fear Duration, Enhance ToHit DeBuff, Enhance Accuracy
Invoke Panic
This power causes sheer terror in those foes around you so that they run away.
Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Fear Duration, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance ToHit DeBuff, Enhance Accuracy
Pool Powers - Speed    
Flurry
Unleashes a super fast Flurry of punches to pummel your foe. Flurry is so dizzying, that it has a chance to Disorient the target.
Enhance Accuracy, Enhance Damage, Enhance Disorient Duration, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Recharge Speed
Hasten
Hasten reduces the recharge time of all your powers by 35% for 2 minutes. Although Hasten does not cost any endurance to activate, you can tire easily because endurance does not recover more quickly. After Hasten wears off, you become tired and will lose some endurance. Enhance Recharge Speed
Super Speed
   
Whirlwind
You spin around at an amazing speed to create a Whirlwind around yourself. Any foes that enter this Whirlwind will be tossed into the air.

Pool Powers - Teleportation    
Recall Friend
You can teleport one of your teammates to a targeted location next to you. The target must be a teammate and can be selected from the team window. This process leaves your teammate Disoriented for a brief time. You can also rescue a fallen teammate that may be in a hostile or inaccessible location, as long as they are on the same map. This power can be interrupted. Reduce Interrupt Time, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed
Teleport Foe
You can teleport a single foe next to you. A successful hit must be made in order to teleport the target, and more powerful foes can not be teleported. This power can be interrupted. You may teleport: Minions up to 8 Levels higher than you; Lts. your Level or lower; Bosses 4 Levels below you. Some foes may have additional resistance. Teleporting Foes may alert any foes that are close to the target. Reduce Interrupt Time, Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed, Enhance Accuracy
Teleport
You can Teleport long distances. Teleport has no recharge time, and can be reactivated without pause, as long as you have endurance remaining.

Team Teleport
You can teleport yourself and your nearby teammates (even those defeated in battle) to a targeted location. Teammates must be in close proximity to you. This process can be very Disorienting to your teammates, and quite a strain on you. After teleporting, you and your teammates will be left Disoriented for a brief time. This power can be interrupted. Reduce Endurance Cost, Enhance Range, Enhance Recharge Speed
